Chiropractic adjustments restore healthy joint mechanics. Tight muscles are not the only reason for restricted and limited ranges of motion. Improper joint alignment, stuck joints, and postural imbalances are also reasons for loss of range of motion and lack of flexibility. Chiropractic care is a beneficial complement to yoga. Muscles attach to bones to allow joints to move. Chiropractic adjustments restore joint function allowing muscles to easily move our joints through a normal pain free range of motion.
Willow Tree Yoga has aligned with a local chiropractor in order to offer our students education in the full care and maintenance of their spinal health, and diagnosis and treatment of any imbalances, injuries or alignment issues that may prevent the unfolding of muscular and joint flexibility.
