Coronavirus and Our studio

Like most yoga studios, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit us pretty hard. We were closed from March through July of 2020, and finally began offering classes outdoors in late August, when NY State allowed it.

We disinfected our studio and installed 2 high-power Air Purifying Filtration units, twice the capacity required for our space.  We created our CDC compliance protocols and had the NY Health Department inspect our studio in September, where we were granted approval to re-open for a maximum of 6 students.

We try to hold classes outdoors whenever possible, but now that we have entered winter, this will only be possible if we get a fluke warm streak and get temperatures close to 50 or above.

All weekly classes are now offered in-studio to a maximum of 5 students for Yoga and 6 students for seated Stretch classes.  These same classes are also streamed and offered via Zoom.

The studio is taped out to space 6' minimum between students and temperatures are taken before entry, and masks are required.

We all look forward to when things are not so restrictive again, but for now, we must all do the best we can, and not let these limitations stop us from living a full life!

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Your health and safety is our primary concern.
