Meditation rewires your brain and creates new neural pathways that will make you happier, calmer, and more focused.

In our monthly meditation class, we explore several different meditation techniques, finishing with a form of guided meditation through Yoga Nidra, that will take you into a deeper place of rest than regular sleep.
