During these high holy days, it is a great time to look within, reflect upon your thoughts and actions over the past year, and see where you might do better in the coming year.
Join us for a Pre-Yom Kippur contemplative Meditation class, where we will take a deep look within, asking ourselves some difficult questions.
class that will end with a nice long (15 minutes) guided Savasana, that will set you up for a healing night of sleep when you get home! Meditation can be done seated on cushions on the floor, or supported in a chair, which ever you prefer!
Open to everyone, of any faith.

What is Meditation?
Meditation is a simple practice that can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote inner balance. This practice is available to all. Meditation is an approach to training the mind, in the way that fitness is an approach to training the body.
Many styles and methods of meditation exist, and not all approaches work for everyone, so in our classes, we practice several different techniques each class, so that you can find which ones work best for you as you develop your own tool box of methods to use as you build a life-long practice.
