The 10 Days to MEDITATION Challenge!!

A course with an incentive to help you create a life-long habit of daily meditation.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

For 2 weeks, we invite and challenge you to set your alarm for 4:30 am. No need to shower, or even change out of your PJ’s if you don’t want to. Just get out of bed, splash some water on your face, put on a warm jacket & shoes, and head over to Willow Tree Yoga studio, in the quiet stillness of the pre-dawn morning.

Meditations will take place from 5:00 to 6:00 am, interspersed with gentle stretching and breathwork. and then you will leave to start your day, with a hot cup of Chai to warm you up and get you going with a sublime and sweet start to your day!

​

We will follow this practice 5 days a week for 2 weeks (weekend in between is off).

 

THE ADDED INCENTIVE:
You will pay $200 up front. IF you successfully make it to the studio all 10 days, you will get HALF BACK, only paying $100 for 10 mornings of meditation and chai, and, best of all, a good start on a new practice of daily meditation, that can hopefully last your lifetime.

 

Start the New Year in an auspicious way. Finally make meditation a part of your daily life. Do this for YOU. Your health, your state of mind, your spiritual journey. Go out of your comfort zone (yes, the warm cozy comfort of your bed so early in the morning) and enter a new, magical, mystical and sublime zone. Get to know Thy Self.

 

Pre-Registration Needed.
Monday, January 9- Friday, January 20th, 2017
5:00 – 6:00 am, Mon. – Friday. 
$100 if you succeed,
$200 if you don’t. 

(In the case of a true emergency or sickness, adjustments can be made. 
Also, in case of snow and/or dangerous driving conditions,  meditation session will not take place. 
An email will be sent out by 4:30 am to all participants)
