Service Description
FREE intro class, lead by studio owner, Beatrice Mattaway E-RYT500. In a world that keeps asking us to move faster, do more, and sit longer, our bodies quietly tighten and our minds grow busy. This gentleChair Seated Stretch class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and give your whole body the care and attention it deserves. Through deep, full body stretching, we create space in muscles and joints that often go unnoticed until they feel stiff, achy, or restricted. Stretching improves circulation, supports healthy posture, increases mobility, and helps release the physical tension we carry from daily stress. Many students are surprised at how much lighter, taller, and more at ease they feel after just one class. We also weave in simple balance training to help strengthen stability and confidence — an essential and often overlooked part of feeling steady and secure in everyday movement. Class ends with a restorative, supported Savasana, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind, body, and spirit to fully exhale. It’s a quiet, calming close that many describe as the most peaceful part of their week.
