Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm Stretching is vital to our overall health and wellbeing. Seated on chairs, you will learn how to deeply and safely stretch those tight, tense muscles that cause pain in our necks, shoulders, backs, and hips, releasing tension & stress through dynamic stretch with focused and integrated breathing. Open to everyone, no experience needed. Suitable for athletes, seniors, pregnant women, and anyone with injuries that prevent sitting on the floor.
