Studies are showing more and more how vital the practice of stretching is to our overall health and wellbeing.  


In this class that is done mostly while seated on chairs, you will learn how to deeply and safely stretch out tight and contracted muscles that cause pain in our necks, shoulders, backs and hips, while allowing us to release tension & stress through proper breathing.  


This class is truly a great fit for anyone, regardless of fitness ability, size, or age.   Athletes, Seniors, Pregnant women and anyone with injuries that prevent sitting on the floor, all greatly benefit from this deep and methodic full body stretching.


Regular stretching will enhance your yoga practice if you have one, but is also great for those who have never tried, don't like, or don't think they can do regular Yoga.

Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm
