New for October...
A safe and gentle class designed to ease the aches and pains of mommies-to-be in a nurturing and supportive environment. Taught by a prenatal yoga certified teacher, this newly forming class will help you tone the physical body, especially the pelvic floor, hip, and abdominal core muscles, in preparation for the birthing process. By stretching and toning muscles, you can help blood circulate throughout the body in a healthy way. Deep, mindful breathing can bring much-needed oxygen to your baby as it helps your body loosen and relax and your mind slow down and find calm.
Just the act of going to a prenatal yoga class once (or more) each week is a gentle reminder to take the time out of a busy work and home life to care for and bond with your growing baby.

Fitness Fusion Series
A focused and challenging 1 hour workout fusing Pilates based movements of core stabilization and muscle strengthening with the intensity of Boot Camp, minus the drill-sargent! This total-body workout is designed to take your training to the next level, but with alignment awareness and safety always first!
Our fitness guru Lisa Keurian utilizes resistance training, and miofacial release, using her arsenal of props:
resistance bands, balls, pilates rings, hard and soft foam rollers, weights, slides, even hoola hoops, to keep each workout new and exciting, while she safely guides you to attain the best shape you've ever been in!
Pre-registration is required for these month-long series.
The Monday Series:
3 Mondays: October 10, 17 & 24th
6:30 - 7:30 pm
$36 for series ($12/class)
The Wednesday Series:
3 Wednesdays: October 5, 19, 26
6:30 - 7:30 pm.
