If you are brand new to yoga, or haven't done yoga in ages,
or just want to start back at the basics, to get your foundations correct, this is the class for you!
You will be gently guided through the basics of yoga, as you learn breath work, modifications and how to use props, basic alignment principals, along with seated, standing and reclined poses. You will learn basic yoga terminology, and have ample opportunity to ask any/all questions you have about the practice,
to ensure that you get started on the "right" foot!!
